Lost or Damaged Orders
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.
